  This means the Swarovski database is "ready" for you to begin inputting information about your personal Swarovski collection! The default list includes items from Swarovski Silver Crystal, Crystal Moments (formerly Crystal Memories), Crystal Décor (formerly Selection), Crystal Signatures (aka Ebeling & Ruess), CrystalograM, Daniel Swarovski Masterpiece, Julia's World, Paradise, Perfume, Jewelry, Paperweight and Trimlite lines.
  
• The Swarovski program has the ability to add custom crystal entries just in case they are not in the default list. This is most useful when a brand new item from the current year is purchased, and is not yet in the default list. Preview Swarovski Database Private List Screen.
• The Swarovski software has ability to assign your personal Swarovski crystal images to each item in your collection. Preview Swarovski Database Personal Images Entry Form. Swarovski collectors like being able to use their personal images. If you have images you want to keep with your crystal descriptions, you can use YOUR images!

  Your information is saved and printed on the various reports in the software.

  There are reports available that you can print out for your insurance needs, which allow you to order items alphabetically or unsorted.
  
• The Warner's Swarovski ERV (for 2008) is programmed into the database among loads of other product details. • The software allows Swarovski collectors to use USD$ OR their local currency to view the original Swarovski MSR and Warner's ERV. Preview Swarovski Database Currency Conversion Screen. A configuration unit in the software allows you to determine if you want these prices displayed in USD$ or in your local currency. If you are not using USD$, you will have to enter the conversion rate of USD$ to your local currency and the effective date. This information can be found on the internet and the software will allow you to easily view a default site or your favorite site to obtain the information. Note that conversation rates DO VARY, and it is up to the user to keep the information up to date to ensure accuracy. (Your local currency is defined in the 'Regional Settings' of your computer.)

  Everyone has one of these! Just select the Swarovski crystal item you are looking for and the price range you hope to pay.

  Naturally, this report is a listing of the items you are seeking to purchase.

  Now it is easier than ever to keep track of which Swarovski Crystal items you are actively trying to sell privately or via on the online auctions. This report will be very useful to hand out at Swap-n-Sells or fax to your friends and potential buyers.   This report shows your profit on the crystal sold for any given year. It can be used when calculating investment gains for tax reporting purposes. It reports when items were purchased and sold, and the profit on the items, ordering them by year. Although it does not determine the actual percentages of sales gain, it is ordered in a way that simplifies your work.

  A file viewable with Internet Explorer is included to explain how to use the many features available in the software.

  Of course you can still use your own images if you prefer. If you don't have images, the software will display over 2700 images provided by Warner's Blue Ribbon Book on Swarovski Silver Crystal AND Warner's Blue Ribbon Book on Swarovski Beyond Silver Crystal (The reports provided in the software do NOT PRINT the Warner's images. The reports will print your personal images.)
