Special Features in the 2004 Swarovski Crystal Edition
bullet

This version gives you a simple way to match items in your private list of crystal to those in the default list, after obtaining updated product information.  Using the Match Private to Default List form, you can convert any pieces in your inventory or wanted list from an item in your private list to the corresponding one in the default list.  Then the product information for those pieces will be automatically updated with each software upgrade.

bullet

You can view the Swarovski Theme Group of any item that belongs to a group, on all screens where product information is displayed.

bullet

You have the capability on the Insurance Report to itemize only items valued above a certain amount and to show just a sum of insurance values for all the rest.

bullet

If you upgrade from an earlier version of the software, and have trouble during  installation copying your data into the new version, you can use the Import Data function to retrieve your collection information.

bullet

You have the option on the Export Data form to choose text (comma delimited) format for exporting your data.  This expands your ability to use your information outside this application, even in a PDA that can read CSV format.

bullet

When entering the Purchase Place of an item on the Crystal Inventory Form, you can choose from a list of those you have previously entered, instead of typing the same place in multiple times.

bullet

If you want to use the Default List Form for Crystal to help you find an item to add to your inventory, you can click a button right on the Crystal Inventory Form to bring up the default list instantly.

Features NEW in the 2005 Swarovski Crystal Edition
