Q: What items are included in the package when it is shipped? |

A: The package is shipped on a CD with installation
instructions, or it can be downloaded as a single file into which all the
files found on the CD have been compressed. When you are running the
application, you can easily access the User Guide file for explanations of
all the features. |

Q: I am confused....do I need to purchase Microsoft Access to run Star Track Software? |
|
A: No, absolutely not. A
run-time version of Access 2003 is automatically installed so that you can run
the program WITHOUT having to purchase any additional software. |

Q: What if I need help with installing or running Star Track Software? |
|
We provide unlimited technical support for installation and limited technical
support after installation. If you are unsuccessful installing the
software directly from the CD, try copying all the files from the CD to a
temporary folder on your computer's hard drive (C:\), and run the setup
program from there instead. (Because the Premium Package contains very
large image files, some systems have trouble copying, extracting and
processing the application files from the CD.) For other
suggestions about what to do, read the section in the User Guide called
Troubleshooting Installation Problems. If you encounter
problems that you cannot solve, contact us for
more help. |

Q: Can you explain again what images are included in the Star Track Software Premium Edition? |

A: There are over
2800 crystal items WITH DATA
in the database, including items from the
Swarovski Silver Crystal and other lines (such as Crystal Moments, Crystal Décor, Crystal Signatures, CrystalograM, Daniel Swarovski Masterpiece, Julia's World,
Paradise, Perfume, and Trimlite). The software contains images of
nearly every product in ALL these lines (not just Silver
Crystal), from Warner's Blue Ribbon Books.
(The reports
provided in the software do NOT PRINT the Warner's images. The
reports will print only your personal images.) |

Q: Does Star Track Software ~ Swarovski Crystal Edition run under Windows 95, 98 or ME? |

A:
In previous versions, these older versions of Windows were included in the list of
platforms on which Star Track Software would run.
However, the current version of our application runs in Microsoft Access
2003, which requires Windows 2000 (with Service Pack 3 or later) or Windows
XP or Vista. If you are unsure what version of Windows is running on your
PC, open My Computer, select Help near the top of the screen, then click on
About Windows. |

Q: What happened to the Basic Package of Star Track Software ~ Swarovski Crystal Edition? |

A: Starting in 2003, we no longer offer
this package, since we had so few customers who purchased it. We
believe that users will be much more satisfied with the Deluxe and Premium
Packages, because the features in the Basic Package were so limited. If you
did buy a Basic Package in one of the earlier versions, contact us
for information on how to get upgrades. |

A: Currently, the only edition is for Swarovski
Crystal. |
