*** Minimum System Requirements

The following requirements apply when running a fully-
functional copy of the Swarovski Crystal application.
Although the DEMO will require somewhat less speed and 
memory and only 5MB free disk space, please verify that 
your computer meets these requirements before purchasing 
the complete application.

	-- PC with Pentium class processor, 133MHz or higher
	-- Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
	-- 32MB RAM
	-- Free hard disk space: 150MB (Deluxe package)
				 535MB (Premium package)
	-- 8x speed CD-ROM drive (16x or faster recommended)
	-- VGA or SVGA monitor
	-- Windows compatible mouse or pointing device
	-- Printer with Windows-compatible drivers installed

 
*** To install and run this DEMO Version of the software, please 
follow these instructions:

1) Download the file named "DemoVBFiles.exe" to your computer.
   This file contains 3 compressed installation files, 
   along with a utility function that will uncompress
   them for you.

2) Run the "DemoVBFiles.exe" file.  To do this you can:
	a) Open "My Computer", find this downloaded file,
	   and double-click on it.	-OR-
	b) Click "Start", then "Run", and type or use the
	   "Browse" button to input the path to and file
	   name of this downloaded file.

3) The "WinZip Self-Extractor" screen will appear.
   A default path is shown in the "Unzip to Folder" box:
            "C:\Program Files\STCrystl\DEMO".
   You can accept this, and the installation files will
   be extracted there, or you can type in the path to 
   another folder of your choice.  (The folder does not
   have to exist already;  it will be created if needed.)

4) Click the "Unzip" button.  You should see a message box
   that reads "3 file(s) unzipped successfully".
   
5) To install the DEMO, you need to run "setup.exe", which
   is one of those unzipped files.  As before, you can do this
   by finding this file using "My Computer" and double-clicking
   it, OR by clicking "Start", then "Run", and inputting 
   "setup.exe" preceded by its directory path.

6) Follow the instructions for installing your DEMO in the
   location you specify on your PC.  (If you have an older
   version of Windows and the setup program informs you 
   that some system files are out of date, you will need
   to restart your computer after the updates are made.
   After your computer reboots, run "setup.exe" again.)

7) To start the DEMO, click "Start" on the Taskbar, and
   select "Programs", then "Star Track Software", and
   finally "Swarovski Crystal DEMO".

8) Read the instructions on the screens and use the
   the command buttons that are active to navigate through 
   the DEMO.  Although you can input text and select
   items from drop-down lists on some forms, you cannot
   save any of your data or generate your own reports.
   However, you can view all the major forms and preview
   samples of all the reports.
